Johanna Ortiz offers complimentary returns on all eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they remain in their original condition with all designer tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale or those that show signs of wear are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or visit our Returns Center using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the signature Johanna Ortiz garment bags and all security tags are intact and included.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, removing any previous delivery labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at an authorized shipping location, keeping your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
